If your student has a tech issue with their iPad, email, etc – please have them see their building tech person – each school has a building tech who works daily during school hours. Baker’s building technician is TBD, his/her office is room 119 (right next to the cafeteria/kitchen). Feel free to send a note in along with your child and their iPad if there is additional information you would like to provide on the issue. If it’s an issue the building tech cannot fix, they will escalate it to the proper person at TSD to ensure the issue is resolved as timely as possible.
Broken or damaged iPads should be brought to school to their building tech as well – Do not remove the iPad case or bring it to the Apple store. Please note that cracked iPads must be fixed promptly. Your student could further damage the iPad if they continue to use it with a damaged screen.
New Student iPads:
Students will receive sometime in the second week of school form their school building who had registered prior to school start. New students beyond that will receive them about one week after they enroll.
